About Aaron
Aaron’s broad litigation practice focuses on commercial litigation and professional negligence defence. In his commercial litigation practice, Aaron regularly acts as an advocate and advisor to publicly and privately held corporations, as well as individuals, in the areas of shareholder and partnership disputes, real estate disputes, contract disputes and employment matters. Aaron has also acted for both debtors and creditors in insolvency and restructuring matters.
Aaron has appeared as counsel in numerous trials and arbitrations and has appeared before all levels of court in Ontario. Aaron is listed as one of LawPRO’s preferred defence counsel.
